Information is general

Content on this site describes how the service normally operates. It is general information, not an offer, quote or service commitment. Every job is subject to assessment of the vehicles, depot, access, washwater pathway and route capacity, and to a written scope or quote.

Service descriptions, indicative fits (such as typical vehicle counts or windows) and area coverage can change with route capacity. Cleaning supports presentation and visual inspection; it does not establish roadworthiness or compliance, and it is not pest treatment or certification of any kind.

Enquiries and quotes

Submitting a form is an enquiry, not a booking. A booking exists only when Road Ready confirms scope, timing and price in writing. Information you submit must be accurate to the best of your knowledge; site-safety and washwater answers materially affect whether and how work can be performed.

Intellectual property

The Road Ready name, diamond mark and site content belong to the business or its licensors. You may not reproduce them for commercial purposes without permission.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Road Ready is not liable for loss arising from reliance on general website content. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law; where liability can be limited, it is limited to resupplying the relevant service.
