Fleet Fit Trial
Begin with representative vehicles, not a blind fleet-wide quote
The paid Fleet Fit Trial covers four to six representative vehicles. Road Ready records the vehicle type, soil condition and time required, uses the proposed checklist and reviews the finished standard with the customer.

- Weekly, fortnightly or agreed scheduled visits.
- A vehicle roster supplied before the service window.
- Exterior wash to the agreed maintenance standard.
- Registration or asset-number completion status.
- Absent and exception reporting.
- Conditional ready-by time.
- Separate approval for heavy-soil work and add-ons.
- Consolidated invoicing.
THE READY-BY TIME DEPENDS ON THE AGREED VEHICLES BEING PRESENT, SAFE ACCESS, APPROPRIATE LIGHTING, THE SITE CONDITIONS AND THE WRITTEN WEATHER RULE.
Current-capacity fit
Fleet size is not the same as visit size
Road Ready’s strongest current fit is approximately five to ten standard wash units in one four-to-six-hour parked window. A standard wash unit is a planning unit for one normally soiled prime mover or rigid exterior; trailers, combinations, plant, interiors and heavy soil may require more capacity.
A company with 40 trucks may fit well if eight are available on a rotating roster. A company with 12 may not fit if only two are ever present together. The depot assessment focuses on the real overlap window, not a company-wide fleet number.

Base fleet exterior inclusions must be confirmed in the quote. The agreement should identify treatment of each surface listed here.
Interiors, polishing, heavy degreasing, trailer interiors and specialist contamination are separate unless expressly included.
