Who we are

Road Ready Fleet Wash is the fleet-washing service of Road Ready Mobile Solutions (ABN 79 755 083 627), a mobile, service-area business based in Logan, Queensland. Contact: admin@roadreadyfleetwash.com.au or 0438 986 378.

What we collect

When you submit the Fleet Trial form or the general enquiry form, we collect the details you provide: contact information (name, business, role, phone, email), depot and fleet information (suburb, vehicle counts and types, service window, current washing method), site and washwater information, any photos or documents you attach, and your message or notes.

We also record the page you landed on, the referring site and campaign parameters (UTM values) so we know how you found us, and technical details needed to run the website. Submission handling stores a salted, one-way hash derived from your IP address for abuse prevention; the raw address is not kept with your enquiry.

Why we collect it

To assess whether your depot and fleet fit our routes and capacity, to prepare a trial recommendation or quote, to respond to your enquiry, and to arrange and deliver the service. We only send marketing material if you tick the separate, optional marketing consent box.

Where it is stored

Form submissions and any uploaded files are stored in Cloudflare infrastructure configured to hold the data in Australia where the platform supports it. Enquiry notifications are delivered to our business email. We keep enquiry records only as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any resulting work, then delete them on request or in periodic clean-ups.

Analytics

This site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages and service areas visitors use, and Microsoft Clarity to review anonymised interaction recordings and heatmaps so we can improve the site. Analytics events do not include the contents of your enquiry forms, and Clarity masks typed form content by default. You can block these tools with standard browser settings or extensions without affecting the forms.

Disclosure

We do not sell or rent personal information. We share it only with service providers needed to run this website and deliver notifications (hosting and email delivery), or where the law requires disclosure.

Access and correction
