The strongest recurring fit is normally about five to ten standard wash units available during one visit. Smaller groups and individual trucks may be accepted when they fit an existing route or the minimum callout. Larger fleets can be split into a rotating or staged roster.

It is Road Ready’s planning measure for one normally soiled prime mover or rigid exterior. A trailer, combination, road-going plant asset, heavy-soil clean, interior or specialist add-on may require a different amount of time and capacity.

No. Road Ready can build the service around the number genuinely available during the agreed window. The roster should identify which units are expected, and the service agreement should explain how absent or late vehicles are handled.

Evening and weekend work is available by arrangement and route capacity. The site must have suitable access, lighting, security and safe vehicle positioning.

Road Ready prioritises Logan, Beenleigh, Yatala, Stapylton, Berrinba and Crestmead. Brisbane Southside, Ipswich, northern Gold Coast, TradeCoast and north Brisbane work may be accepted as scheduled route days or dedicated callouts.

This depends on the agreed job and equipment configuration. The quote will state what Road Ready supplies and what must be available at the depot. Any water source and connection must be authorised and suitable.

Road Ready assesses the site, drainage and contamination before work. Washwater is not discharged to stormwater. Sewer discharge is used only through a site and connection covered by the relevant provider’s written approval and conditions; otherwise an appropriate containment, reuse or authorised-disposal pathway is required.

Vehicle access, drainage, washwater, lighting, water supply and the real parked window can materially affect scope, safety, timing and price. A short assessment prevents incorrect assumptions.

Pricing depends on the minimum visit, vehicle classes, soil level, frequency, site conditions, travel and add-ons. A mixed fleet is usually trialled or assessed rather than quoted using one universal "per truck" price.

It is a paid first service using four to six representative vehicles. Road Ready records the vehicle mix, condition and time required, applies the proposed checklist and uses the result to recommend a recurring schedule and rate.

Heavy soil, grease, bonded contamination and first-visit resets are treated separately from routine maintenance washing. Road Ready will seek approval before completing work materially outside the agreed scope.

These services can be quoted separately depending on condition, route capacity and the required result. They are not automatically included in a fleet exterior wash.

Road Ready can clean a vehicle to improve presentation and make components easier to view. Cleaning does not establish roadworthiness, rectify defects or guarantee an inspection result.

No. Routine truck washing is not pest treatment, government certification or legal advice. Equipment soil clean-down supporting a customer’s movement process should only be offered after the current address-specific zone, carrier, containment, removed-material and recordkeeping requirements have been assessed.

The service agreement will contain a practical weather rule. Unsafe conditions may require a pause or reschedule. Light weather that does not affect safety or the agreed result may not automatically cancel the work.
