ROAD READY FLEET WASH

Scheduled mobile depot washing

Mobile truck and fleet washing at your depot

Road Ready washes planned groups of trucks and commercial vehicles while they are already parked. We work around agreed depot windows, record completed and missed units, and help keep drivers away from wash-bay detours.

Fleet washing should not become another job to chase

A clean fleet without using drivers as the wash crew

Sending vehicles to a wash bay consumes driving time, fuel and attention. Leaving washing to drivers or workshop staff can produce an inconsistent result and another task for the fleet manager to monitor.

Road Ready brings the wash service to the depot. We agree which vehicles are in scope, when they will be available and what standard applies before the visit. For recurring fleet work, the customer receives a record of completed, absent and exception vehicles.

Built around fleet operations

No wash-bay detours

Vehicles are cleaned where they are already parked instead of being sent off site solely for a wash.

A planned service window

Weekly, fortnightly or scheduled maintenance visits are arranged around a realistic vehicle-overlap window.

A consistent scope

The wash checklist, normal-soil standard, exclusions and add-ons are agreed before recurring work begins.

Proof of completion

Recurring fleet visits can be reported by registration or asset number, including absent vehicles and relevant exceptions.

Owner-led accountability

The person responsible for the business remains close to quoting, delivery and quality control.

Is your fleet a good fit?

Road Ready is best suited to businesses that have:

  • Roughly five to ten normally soiled wash units available during one depot visit.
  • A predictable evening, weekend or other quiet parked window.
  • Weekly or fortnightly demand.
  • A Logan or M1-corridor depot, or enough work to support an outer route day.
  • Safe vehicle access and a suitable hardstand.
  • A site-specific washwater pathway that can be assessed before work.

Larger companies can still fit. Instead of promising the whole fleet at once, we can assess a rotating group or staged roster that matches the parked window and current capacity.

Check Your Fleet Fit

The entry point

Start with a paid Fleet Fit Trial

Mixed fleets are difficult to price accurately from a photo or a generic “per truck” rate. A Fleet Fit Trial uses four to six representative vehicles to establish the real vehicle mix, soil level, wash time, site process and recurring standard.

After the trial, Road Ready can recommend a realistic roster, frequency and price based on the work actually required.

Plan a Fleet Trial
  1. 01Short depot and vehicle assessment.
  2. 02Written scope and trial price.
  3. 03Four to six representative vehicles washed and timed.
  4. 04Quality review and recurring recommendation.

Fleet washing for working vehicles

Road Ready primarily serves:

  • Civil construction, earthmoving and plant-hire businesses.
  • Skip, waste and industrial-service fleets.
  • Refrigerated, food and local distribution fleets for exterior washing.
  • Building-material, landscaping, crane-truck and equipment-hire businesses.
  • Locally controlled freight and pallet fleets with a workable return window.

SPECIALIST FOOD-SANITATION, HAZARDOUS-LOAD, TANKER-INTERNAL, PEST-TREATMENT AND CERTIFIED BIOSECURITY SCOPES ARE NOT INCLUDED IN ROUTINE FLEET WASHING.

See Industries

Logan local, with scheduled SEQ route days

Road Ready’s home route covers Holmview, Beenleigh, Bethania, Loganlea, Meadowbrook and Loganholme. The primary industrial route runs through Yatala, Stapylton, Luscombe and nearby northern Gold Coast precincts, and core coverage also takes in Berrinba, Crestmead, Park Ridge, Underwood and Kingston.

Further out, depots in Brisbane Southside, Ipswich, the TradeCoast, the northern Gold Coast and north Brisbane are serviced through scheduled route days or dedicated fleet callouts, where the visit size supports the travel.

Site responsibility

The washwater plan is part of the job

Road Ready assesses hardstand, drainage, contamination and the proposed washwater pathway before confirming fleet work. Washwater is not discharged to stormwater. Sewer discharge is used only through a site and connection covered by the relevant provider’s written approval and conditions; otherwise an appropriate containment, reuse or authorised-disposal pathway is required.
